About Me
I am a graduate of the University of NorthCarolina in Greensboro in Art Education. I also have a degree in Art History and some graduate work in Art History from the Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and an Interior Design degree from Daytona State College in Florida. Teaching high school art is something that I have wanted to do for most of my life.
I have two children in college (Myles, 21 & Sloane,19) and a dog named Winston and 5 cats. We live in Brown Summit, North Carolina. I enjoy volunteering in the community with the elderly, painting, photography, cooking, gardening, reading, watching movies and hanging out with my friends and my family. I'm looking forward to a great school year!
The Art program is ALWAYS accepting donations to help make our students experience more interesting!
